 With these we will enhance our presence, intensify our continual overall capability with reasonable profit, and contribute to the Society.

Ⅰ. Fundamental Principle
Kushiro Brake Co., Ltd, will continue to support the advance of the roles of the automobiles by creating brakes that both provide safety for people and contribute to the protection of the global environment.

Ⅱ. Fundamental Policy
We are developing and manufacturing the friction materials for automobiles, such as brake linings and disc pads, based on Fundamental Principle, to meet the needs of the age.  And we are promoting the business activities according to the following Policies, aiming at harmony with the society by protecting environment and reducing carbon dioxide with the combined efforts of all the management and employee.

1. We endeavor to reduce consumption of energy and natural resources in the course of business activities.
2. We promote to reduce the wastes and to recycle the resources.
3. We comply with the laws, regulations and the industrial standards in relation to environment, meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders, maintain the business procedures and improve environmental management continuously.
4. We do not use hazardous substances as much as possible, and we prevent from pollution by way of promotion of development and production of the products contributing to environmental protection.
5. We define the environmental targets in order to fulfill this environmental policy, and promote environmental management as the entire departments, management and employee We perform internal audits on environment, and maintain and improve environmental management system through the self-control.
